摘要:
除了覆盖率, 森林资源的地理分布也是影响国土生态环境的重要因素之一。长期以来, 森林资源分布状况仅限于文字描述, 缺乏量化评价指标。运用统计学中极差、区分度和平均差等方法建立森林分布量化评价指标可以完善森林资源评价指标体系。运用上述指标对我国第一到第六次森林资源清查期间的森林分布变化进行研究, 可以揭示出我国森林覆盖率与森林分布具有反方向演进的规律, 即伴随着森林覆盖率提高, 森林分布反而会两极分化。文中建议, 在林业生态建设中, 在强调森林资源数量增长的同时还应重视地域上的均衡分布, 才能更充分地发挥林业在国家生态安全中的作用。最后, 文中还对森林资源分布研究的拓展进行了展望。
Abstract:
Besides the forest coverage, the geographical distribution of forest resources also significantly affects the ecological environment.For a long time, the distribution of forest resources is only described in text, lacking indicators of quantitative evaluation.This paper employed the methods like ranges, discrimination and mean deviation to establish quantitative evaluation indicators of forest resource distribution.The author used these indicators to research the changes in forest distribution from the first to the sixth national forest resources inventory.The results revealed that the forest coverage and the forest distribution presented the opposite-directional evolution, which means the higher the coverage is, the more polarized the distribution is.The paper suggested that, in the forestry ecological construction, the balanced distribution should be paid as much attention as the volume growth.And this will maximize the role of forest in national ecological security.Finally, a forecast of forest distribution research was also given.
