Forestry Carbon Sequestration and Local Households' Livelihoods:Taking the First CDM Forestry Carbon Project in the world as Example

摘要: 森林碳汇项目具有应对气候变化和扶贫的双重作用。文中以全球第一个清洁发展机制下的森林碳汇项目为研究对象, 分析森林碳汇项目对农户生计的影响, 并对该项目所涉及的不同利益主体的作用进行解析。研究发现, 森林碳汇项目在5个方面提高了农户收入的同时, 也在5个方面造成了农户权利的损失。Abstract: Forestry carbon project can contribute to both climate change adaptation and mitigation and poverty reduction.This article analyzed the impacts of forestry carbon project on local households' livelihoods and the roles of different stakeholders, based on the first registered Clean Development Mechanism forestry carbon project.It points out that the forestry carbon project can improve local households' income in five different ways, while reducing their rights in five different ways at the same time.1) 本研究得到加拿大国际发展研究中心资助(IDRC)
