Inventory of Forest Germplasm Resources and Its Strategies

摘要:
林木种质资源是林业生产力发展的基础性资源, 也是国家战略性资源。世界发达国家对林木种质资源十分重视, 我国也将林木种质资源列为林业工作的重中之重。林木种质资源调查、保护和利用关系到提高森林质量和林业生产力, 关系到社会经济发展对优质、高效和多样化林业产品的需求, 关乎国家林业战略目标实现以及我国生态、木材和粮油安全。文中根据目前全国林木种质资源调查工作进展及成果, 结合贵州省铜仁市实际情况, 分析、讨论我国林木种质资源调查工作现状和存在的问题, 进一步明确林木种质资源调查的方法、目标任务和保障措施, 对如何加强林木种质资源保护和利用提出建议。
Abstract:Forest germplasm resources are both the basis for the development of forestry productivity and the national strategic resources. The developed countries in the world have paid great attention to forest germplasm resources, and China has also listed the working regarding the resources as the most important one in the forestry sector. Forest germplasm resources investigation, protection and utilization is related to the improvement of the forest quality and forestry productivity, to the needs rising from socioeconomic growth to quality, efficiency and diverse forest products, to the realization of national strategical goals for forestry and to the ecological, timber and food safety. According to the current progress and achievements of national forest germplasm resources inventory, the paper discussed the current situation and existing problems of forest germplasm resources inventory in China in reference with the actual situation in Tongren City, Guizhou Province. The investigation methods, objectives, tasks and assurance measures of forest germplasm resources inventory were further explored, and proposal were put forward for strengthening forest germplasm resources protection and utilization.
