Research Progress in Acidobacteria Diversity in Forest Soil

  • 摘要: 酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)是基于分子生态学研究划分的新细菌类群,是最主要的土壤微生物类群之一。它在土壤中广泛分布,所以人们推测它在森林生态系统中具有特定的驱动作用及生态功能。文中综述了国内外关于Acidobacteria多样性的研究进展以及环境因子(海拔、土壤pH值以及土壤中的C和N含量)变化对其多样性的影响,并根据已有研究结果对酸杆菌门的作用进行推测;分析了Acidobacteria目前研究状况的缺失与不足;建议在未来研究工作应针对优势菌群展开,并且侧重于构建不同环境下酸杆菌门的分离培养体系,以期为该菌门的生态功能研究提供参考。
